By confirming your reservation, the client accepts the following terms:<\/p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"4\"><b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">1. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/b><\/h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"5\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\">To be eligible for a <b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"21\">refund of the deposit<\/b>, any cancellation request must be made at least <b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"91\">5 days in advance<\/b> of the scheduled service date.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\">Cancellations notified with <b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">less than 5 days&#8217; notice<\/b> will not be eligible for a refund, without exception.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">2. Weather Conditions and Port Closures<\/b><\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Our departures are subject to sea conditions to ensure your safety at all times.<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"8\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">During the rainy or hurricane season, a cancellation (with the right to a refund) will only be valid if the competent authority (<b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"129\">Port Captaincy<\/b>) issues an official order to <b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"173\">close the port<\/b> for small vessels.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">In the event of an official closure, the client may choose to <b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"62\">reschedule their departure<\/b> (subject to availability) or request a <b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"128\">full refund<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Note:<\/b> Overcast days or light rain that do not result in an official port closure are not grounds for cancellation or refund.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">3. Punctuality and Rental Times<\/b><\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"10\">Your time on board is valuable. The rental period begins <b data-path-to-node=\"10\" data-index-in-node=\"57\">promptly at the time agreed upon<\/b> in your reservation, regardless of the passengers&#8217; arrival time.<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"11\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\">We recommend arriving at the dock at least <b data-path-to-node=\"11,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"43\">15 minutes before departure<\/b> to allow for a calm boarding process and to make the most of your time at sea.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3 data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b data-path-to-node=\"12\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">4. Responsibility and Care of the Vessel<\/b><\/h3><p data-path-to-node=\"13\">We pride ourselves on offering yachts in pristine condition.
