Cancellation and Service Policies – AKA YACHTS PV
To ensure the best experience and complete clarity regarding our service, we present our operational and cancellation policies. By confirming your reservation, the client accepts the following terms:
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund of the deposit, any cancellation request must be made at least 5 days in advance of the scheduled service date.
Cancellations notified with less than 5 days’ notice will not be eligible for a refund, without exception.
2. Weather Conditions and Port Closures
Our departures are subject to sea conditions to ensure your safety at all times.
During the rainy or hurricane season, a cancellation (with the right to a refund) will only be valid if the competent authority (Port Captaincy) issues an official order to close the port for small vessels.
In the event of an official closure, the client may choose to reschedule their departure (subject to availability) or request a full refund.
Note: Overcast days or light rain that do not result in an official port closure are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
3. Punctuality and Rental Times
Your time on board is valuable. The rental period begins promptly at the time agreed upon in your reservation, regardless of the passengers’ arrival time.
We recommend arriving at the dock at least 15 minutes before departure to allow for a calm boarding process and to make the most of your time at sea.
4. Responsibility and Care of the Vessel
We pride ourselves on offering yachts in pristine condition. The client agrees to make proper and respectful use of all facilities and equipment.
In the event of loss, breakdown, or material damage to the vessel or its accessories caused by passengers, the total repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client responsible for the reservation.
